| Fathers Day saw another 8 hour offshore trip on the New Buccaneer. This was the first of our scheduled Sunday 8-hour trips. The competition from down the street went on a 12 hour trip yet fished next to us again.
10 red snapper (tough to catch them on the 8 hour trip)
2 lane snapper
1 king mackerel
2 spanish mackerel
3 ling (cobia)
258 anglefish
7 sharpnose sharks |

The New Buccanner had an 8-hour private charter today. Fishing is a little tougher on the 8 hour trips than on the 12 hour trips, especially for red snapper, but the boat had a pretty decent catch.
It was interesting to see our competitor fishing right next to us all day long. Of course, they were on a 12 hour trip and we were on an 8 hour trip.
17 red snapper
3 spanish mackerel
94 spadefish
3 sharpnose sharks
4 triggerfish |
