Today was the second to last 12 hour trip for Sunday. In two weeks we revert to Sunday 8 hour trips. On the 12 hour trip today the New Buccaneer continued to catch a daily limit of red snapper and fishing, as least so far, has been very good.

185 red snapper (boat limit)
3 vermillion snapper
4 lane snapper
12 king mackerel
1 ling (30 lbs)
1 scamp grouper
1 warsaw grouper (45 lbs)

The New Buccaneer ventured offshore today on a corporate private charter that ran from 9AM to 9PM. Under Capt Garrett King the fishing remained excellent and red snapper continue to be strong

190 red snapper (boat limit)
4 vermillion snapper
5 lane snapper
2 gray (mangrove) snapper
12 king mackerel
1 rod hind

Fishing continues to be good with the New Buccaneer making the 12 hour trip about 50 miles offshore. Led by Capt King, the trip returned with:

157 red snapper (almost a limit)
39 vermillion snapper
12 lane snapper
3 king mackerel
1 cobia (ling)
1 hammnerhead shark 165 lbs (limit of one per vessel)
1 55lb warsaw grouper (limit of one per vessel)
2 rock hind
